The hotel location allow easy access to transport. The metro station near hotel aided quick travel across city. The staff present gave friendly support at reception. I got a room upgrade upon arrival without extra charge.

I found the location very convenient, with easy access to the metro. the staff were helpful. They provided good recommendations. the room was quite clean and i liked the safe policy regarding leaving keys at reception.
The room was too warm. The television offered only italian channels. this limited my entertainment options significantly. i wish there was a way to change that.

The location was quite convenient. The subway was close. I could reach the cathedral in less than ten minutes. The room had everything I needed.
The room was very small for three people. It looked larger in the photos. I also found the key card system to be outdated. It seemed like a basic key.

the air conditioning unit did not function. dust clogged the ac vent, i feared breathing it. mold also covered the bathroom wall and shower head.

i found the location to be quite convenient. It was close to a supermarket, specifically Carrefour. i could reach the Duomo in about 30 minutes from the hotel.
the furniture looked quite old . A kettle was absent from the room, I had to ask for one. The bed unfortunately did not provide much comfort.

the location is quite convenient with many restaurants nearby. reaching the downtown area is easy. the staff was helpful making my stay more pleasant. they allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout, which i found quite useful.
the room i stayed in was very small. there was hardly any space to move around. additionally, the breakfast spread was very limited. there were not many options available.
